 2 cups Vanilla MilkCan use regular milk, almond milk, hemp milk, or any milk of your choosing
 1 tbsp Pure maple syrup
 1 ½ tsp Coconut oilIf you desire, can you substitute CBD-infused coconut oil
 6 tbsp Chia seeds
 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
 ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Sea saltYou can substitute Pink Himalayan sea salt if desired

In a saucepan, warm milk and maple syrup over medium heat. Transfer the mixture into a jar and stir the coconut oil and CBD oil.

Add chia seeds, vanilla, and spices. Cover the jar and shake well. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight, and then enjoy!
